Email Policy

Transactional Email

Legacy Feeder uses email to send transactional and operational account messages. These may include welcome emails, account notifications, login or security messages, membership updates, billing notices, admin notices, and support responses.

Our current Amazon SES use is limited to transactional and operational account email.

Promotional Email

Legacy Feeder does not use transactional email infrastructure for unsolicited promotional campaigns. If promotional or marketing email is introduced, it will require opt-in consent and will include unsubscribe controls.

List Management

We monitor bounces and complaints and maintain suppression controls for addresses that should not receive further email. Users may contact us at info@legacyfeeder.com for email preference or delivery questions.
